All bookings are made via email, however we do have a bookings phone line for questions and inquires. +855 (0) 996 96041 – Please note cell service can be spotty in this region and our staff may be out of service frequently.

The Sanctuary is open to visitors Sunday to Friday

Saturday is usually set aside for the elephants and our local staff to have rest and time away from visitors. However if there is a special group, of 6 people or more, we can arrange a program.

*Our 2 week volunteer program begins on set Sunday’s at 3pm departure.

We limit the number of daily visitors, for the well-being of the elephants and forest.

How To Get Here!
